How to Join the Dixie Amateur Radio Club

Dues for an individual are $20.00 and are paid annually on a calendar year basis.  Membership Dues are due each January for that year.

NEW MEMBERS:   First-time (never been a Club member) individuals (or families) who join after July 1st can do so at a special reduced rate of $10 ($12.50 for families) for the balance of the year!

If you have not paid your dues for the current year, please do so!

DARC Membership Application Form

Join DARCPlease CLICK HERE * to download a Dixie Amateur Radio Club Membership Application Form to print out and fill in.

The form should be filled out and and mailed to the Club (see the form or below) or brought to the next Club Meeting.

If you are planning on joining the American Radio Relay League  (ARRL) then be sure to read the information below.

The League has implemented a program in which our Club can benefit financially if you join ARRL through the Dixie Amateur Radio Club. Please see the details of that important program below.

ARRL Membership Application Form

We  also strongly encourage you to  join and remain a member of the American Radio Relay League, Inc.  (ARRL) "The National Organization for Amateur Radio".

Our Club is an ARRL Affiliated Club!

Please CLICK HERE * to download an ARRL  Membership Application Form to print out and fill in.

If you join the ARRL by sending the application to our Club instead of directly to the ARRL, our Club will receive a special one-time-only deal.  You will still pay the regular $39.00 membership  ($36.00 for those 65 and older) to ARRL (which includes all the member benefits as well as the QST Journal periodical) but our Club is able to keep $15.00 of that  "first-time" membership  to ARRL.  You are joining a great national organization representing Amateur Radio throughout America and at the same time benefitting our local Club!

If it is time to renew your membership to ARRL, our Club will receive $2.00, but only if you renew by sending the form to the Club, instead of doing so directly to ARRL.

PLEASE - PLEASE - PLEASE!!!     Make your check for your ARRL memberhip/renewal payable to "Dixie Amateur Radio Club" NOT to the ARRL!    Our Club, in turn sends a Club check to the ARRL minus the Club's retained portion.   Do NOT use the credit card portion of the ARRL form. We have no way of processing the information.  Use personal checks only or bring cash (exact change) to the Club meeting.

*Note: You will need an Adobe Acrobat compatible reader to view/print these forms.
